PRIVACY POLICY
The short version
FERALITY has no accounts, no sign-in and no login wall. We do not ask for your name, email address or payment details to play. Your progress is stored on your own device.
What we store
Your party, world state, inventory, evidence ledger and settings are written to your browser's local storage. That data never leaves your device unless you send it to us yourself, for example in a bug report.
Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or abandoning a run from the menu will permanently delete that save. We cannot restore it.
Cookies and analytics
The game itself sets no advertising or profiling cookies. Our hosting provider may record standard, aggregated request logs (such as IP address, timestamp, browser type) for security and reliability purposes. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
Children
FERALITY is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because we collect no account data at all, there is nothing for us to store on any player.
Third parties
We load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. Links out to other sites — including our own catalogue — are governed by those sites' policies, not this one.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is generally nothing for us to export or delete on request. You can erase everything we store by clearing site data for this domain in your browser.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Questions can go to hello@duchesscupcakegames.com.
