FERALITY is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial play in your browser. By playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not play.

Progress is stored in your browser's local storage. Browser updates, storage limits, private windows, and clearing site data can all destroy a save without warning. We keep no server-side backup and cannot recover a lost run.

Death in FERALITY is permanent by design. Loss of characters is a feature of the game, not a defect.

The game, its code, art, characters, writing, world and name are owned by Duchess Cupcake Games. You may not resell, rehost, repackage or redistribute the game or its assets without written permission.

You may stream, record, and monetise video of your own play. Credit and a link back to this page or to DuchessCupcakeGames.com is appreciated but not required.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at volume, or use automated tooling to interfere with other players' access.

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duchess Cupcake Games is not liable for lost saves, lost time, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
